b. Training, preparation services, and informational materials are provided as guidance and support only. Performance during PFAT or employment assessments depends on individual effort, ability, and external testing standards. Results may vary.

c. Medic Strong Inc. does not guarantee acceptance into paramedic programs, successful completion of PFAT, or hiring outcomes with any employer or organization.

4. Physical Activity Acknowledgment & Limitations of Liability

Participation in PFAT preparation or training services may involve physical exertion and physical testing simulations.

By booking or participating in services, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are voluntarily participating in physical activity.

You are responsible for assessing your own health and readiness.

You will follow safety instructions and disclose relevant health concerns where applicable.

In no event will Medic Strong Inc., its owners, contractors, instructors, or suppliers be liable for any damages including personal injury, loss of income, or inability to complete PFAT or related testing. This applies even if Medic Strong Inc. has been notified of potential risk.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties; in such cases, these limitations may not apply.

5. Accuracy of Materials

Cancellation within 0-7 days of the scheduled test date is no longer refundable. Medic Strong Inc. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments.

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Ontario, Canada. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Ontario courts.
